The Importance of Temperature in Beer Storage
Don Wood: Barley wines have been back in a huge way like all these all these breweries that were holding them back or weren't able to make them. I think keeping them cold and just having them relax for a while is fantastic which is ironic because the serving temp on barley wines is far closer to like high 50s, even 60 61 degrees. You could probably keep a barley wine at room temp for like six months and it's not gonna turn into tissue paper like overnight.
