Rest, Minor Rest and Renew

Rest is very important for me, and i never knew how important until recently. And that doesn't mean i just going to go sit on a chair, drawing some coffee and not do anything for a while. That's what im iam learning to do, being forced to learn to do, in a sense, cause i can't keep up with that pace.
