The Power of Hire

In theory, it every higher made perfect sense. In practice, it's really hard for someone to write a script in my voice. It doesn't feel authentic. And so at one point, we jumped from like, eight people full time to 18 people full time in the space of like a month. That was a terrible idea. Don't hire in the hope that the hire will will drive revenue. Drive the revenue first, and then make and then do the higher term like service, the demand that you've already created.
