Crossfit is universally scalable and adaptable, right? Yes, it is. But the person that ends up doing that scaling and adapting has to be a great coach. There's no manual despite them trying, there's no manual. You can't just learn that in a week in seminarts. We all learned that. And we saw that there were good people and there were people that were inexperienced us bad they just didn't have it. They didn't have the chops to see, this is how we eo so again, we're having to optimize that overtime. Only with experience, and only with seeing thousands and thousands of reps and clients could that get better. Now i'm 31
