When you're not doing deals, you should really be working on setting those policies because that just helps you when it comes to the oil. Good salespeople are always hard to find and I don't know a company that is not actively recruiting for sales team members. It's important to look to merging those two functions sooner than later in the reasons that ultimately you do want to send the early toner that there'll be one product at some point.
