The blueprint is a system of eating and being that is meant to eliminate my tendencies to commit self harm. It really was born out of a problem I had, which is I had a problem of overeating and I could not stop myself from doing so. And as I learned the culture of aviation, when you get onto a plane before you fly, you go through a checklist of maybe 100 things to make sure everything is secure. You never go by memory. You just go through your checklist, you everything a list. An autopilot has a whole bunch of sensors that it constantly integrates and then it flies - substantially better than I could with my hands alone.
