How to Hire a Writer
I was too slow to hire really. The way I hired the first writer, for example, is I had quit the job. And so that was kind of logic on that. Every time I just wanted to move towards my highest leverage activity and then every time that stopped having that leverage, I had to hire. It's probably one of those things where my leverage is best used elsewhere than managing the team. Although I kind of like it to some degree. I mean, I just I like my team. I like to talk to them and stuff.
