What's the Biggest Thing About Baking?

When it comes to baking, you don't know what it tastes like until you've got the finished product. I love Ben and Jerry's middle of the night on the couch watching Telly. In terms of a particular dish, I think brain is something I always avoid. But there are so many cuisines that I'd love to try in London.
