Do You Run Less Every Day?

A taper is a progressive, non linear reduction of the training load in an attempt to reduce physiological and psychological stress. The aim of the taper should be to minimize accumulative fatigue without compromising adaptations. So although we are reducing our training volume week over we, we are not running less every single day. And that's why it's so important to follow the taper in your plan.
