The Longevity Effect of Fruits and Vegetables

There are lots of different pieces of evidence to support the idea that a diet rich in nutritious vegetables in general is going to be good. Fruits I think are a little bit maybe where there's more of an area for discussion and you could find evidence. Some fruits have a lot of sugar, some high glycemic index fruits. And so I'm not a big cake or cookie person but sometimes I don't want to eat fruit at all.
