Is Your Product Strategy Unique?

If you think of a strategy as made up of lots of different activities, then some of those activities should be unique to you. And the reason for that isUnique being like, oh, other people don't do them. At least be something different about your product. The differentiation is always only temporary. Assuming it's valuable, it's only always temporary.
