A big part of my emphasis will be really supporting those people know I'm not an industry expert so they've got the expertise typically when it comes to the industry. But actually the stepping up from a more junior role to a more senior role which has implications right. So developing the MD's and all be them have sort of some external development and coaching etc running running the businesses. We're also looking to implement probably an operating system so we will work on the same basis in terms of whether we choose this or not to be seen but the EOS system. You know it's very through feeling versus any kind of data metrics who's accountable for what all these things that we can I think be
