How to Start Intermittent Fasting

The first place to start really is just to go back to sort of eight hours, 10 hours of eating. If you want to eat sort of breakfast at 8, nine o'clock in the morning and finish by like six o' clock in the evening, then let the rest of the time be fasting. You can experiment, you can go longer or shorter depending on what you like. People always assume that they're going to be tired during fasting, but that's not actually what happens. And it sets you up for the day so that you have energy for the day.
