Preparing for a Workout

Alex says he doesn't generally eat a ton before a run in the morning, unless i wake up really hungry. He likes to do his work out on an empty stomach and bring something along for fuel if it gets long enough. Alex's diet looks like just depends on what kind of workout you're doing. A lot of carbs come from potatoes or melons as well as some sour dough during races.
