Is Anchoring a Good Method for Pricing Optimization?
The idea is either there's a high anchor. So you're going to have a really expensive product. And that makes your middle of the range product seem like a better deal. In software, a lot of companies will do this with their month to month versus annual subscription. The other ones I think that really play into pricing are freemium and free trial.
