Your Body's Not Going to Adapt, Right?

A foundational phase is the first phase we start in when we come into a body transformation, whether that be to build muscle, lose fat or transform your body. We must increase our body's ability to recover. If you take away calories, particularly, I mean all calories, but particularly carbohydrate proteins and fats as well, you decrease your body's able to recover. Your body simply doesn't have the ability or the resources to adapt.
