The Importance of Having a Degree
I think the reason they've been able to get away with it is because this you have to go to college to be successful is such a core part of at least a very large subset of American culture. It's insane like the it's so crazy how expensive it's gotten to how much it's outpaced not only inflation but any reasonable sort of like answer for why it should be so expensive. Yeah and the people that keep doing it have access to higher wage opportunities anywayso it's really hard to argue against.
