If you're using any kind of substance and you have problems with a d h d, those two things are going to be contributing to the problem. The first thing you've got to do is stop separating out the substance use from all your other problems. Getting sober is more about neuro science, right? So it's about resetting your dope, a mean, and stuff like that. But you've got to deal with the shame of a dh d. O this is where getting into therapy is a very good idea. And there's overwhelming evidence, i would say, in favor of meditation.
