The Negative Effects of Food on Energy and Brain Power
If you have breakfast first thing in the morning, it is such a huge like mental and physical destruction away from your work. You don't realize how much like food has an impact on you. When you know that a meal or some food isn't good for you, try and avoid it. Oats especially are really like relentless. Big meals just in general, wipe me out because they're so high in carbs.
