Most saturated fats are not very good for you. There are some exceptions, and you really need totink about what you swap for. The science is a bit more complicated than the headline of messages. But i think the good news s like our understanding has come on a long way from all this stuff 30 or forty years ago. This research is continuing, and as and when there is more interesting research, i am sure this is a topic will come back.
