How to Scale a Gym Business
Alex did 4,001 closes and so I actually never did any sales training. The reason we know X works is because we tried YZW and V and it didn't work. Alex Tarfin has helped us a ton with scaling this business. It was really just figuring out one position at a time. We have like the entire escape plan for gym legacy. What is the difference between gym launch and gym legacy? That's how we do cold traffic plays that you run after three sessions. And by the way, put them by the front door and the bathroom because that's where people see them first.
