The Benefits of Cardio Burning Muscle

Coffee can help wake up that nervous system if you are training earlier. Sometimes I'd finish off one of my workouts with like max pull ups, even after smashing like a big everybody workout arms is awesome. Cardio burning muscle is a fear that many with does have. It's really not it's not a huge issue. You just have to be cognizant of recovery. If you want to do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio training, two to three days per week, totally fine.
