Fasting doesn't reset you to like zero, right? But insulin will go up for two seconds and then it'll start going back down. You don't have to be sort of a purist in terms of that. Same thing with rapamycin. People talk about this as an mTOR inhibitor. There's no good data either way. If you're on the high spectrum, it's going to benefit you more. It's just the situation that you find yourself in.
