Can B Complexes Just Make You Sleep Worse?

You have to do it at the right time. You can't just do it while you're working out because you're not going to feel it, right? Yeah. Sometimes they can negate their effects. I found that taking a B12 or B complex as might be levels of fine. Fected might sleep. I had a negative interest in my sleep.
