I think it's a trade-off between exploit and explore yes exactly which is you have to spend a reasonable amount of resources exploiting what you already know obey the waggle dance, pollens over there. I was talking to someone who said that at the period of their greatest success two-thirds of the board of Tesco were dyslexic. There are many many cases so there's the obvious ones like Steve Jobs and the Bill Gates but I know two CEOs who will say categorically their success is because of their dyslexia not despite it. If you can get into that self-acceptance space then there is absolutely all there.
