I think it's a trade-off between exploit and explore yes exactly which is you have to spend a reasonable amount of resources exploiting what you already know obey the waggle dance, pollens over there. There are many many cases so there's the obvious ones like Steve Jobs and the Bill Gates but I know two CEOs who will say categorically their success is because of their dyslexia not despite it. If you can get into that self-acceptance space then there is absolutely all there.
