I think really the theme and underlying theme of your book that's so beautiful is can we build a better brain yes we definitely can neuroplasticity is a thing it's possible and music as you argue is one of the most powerful ways to accomplish this. For athletes I think we're going to tie in some wonderful ways for athletes how music can be such a powerful tool however not during exercise right right? You know if you're an athlete and you're only listening to music when you have something that's loud and has a lot of drums and heavy bass guitars to keep us moving along at a quick pace that's uh as you say that's a that's a problem yeahYou actually do
