Three Times a Week Is a Habit
A hospital decided to leave one operating room unscheduled because it was already booked at 100% capacity. By leaving that open, they could accommodate the emergency surgeries for the most part and then everything else could go as planned. And so then, you know, that reduced waiting times and the doctors could see people at better times when they were more alert.
