When it comes to finding what you like, you need to try new workouts. You won't know if you don't try it. For example, I tried a dance class workout and my best friend, Karan,. took me to it and she's like, you're gonna love it. But that's not something that I personally could ever be consistent with because I'm a really sweaty girl. Another example is hot yoga. And I feel bad saying that I hate hot yoga because I don't hate it, but what I hate is that I sweat so much I cannot see. Like so much sweat gets in my eyeballs, you guys. It's not.
