I would definitely agree with that second point that you should really see this as an opportunity to learn a lot more about what your users are actually looking for. Every customer I've worked with on both bots and knowledge, really just finding new ways to surface content to customers. We have tools that can cluster your intents and recommend new ones called IntentMiner. To benefit from the Genesis knowledge management and also the conversation, the architecture abilities, do you need to be a Genesis cloud customer? Are these individual capabilities that people can kind of procure on their own? Like how would somebody engage with you to utilize this stuff from Genesis? Today it is part of the different Genesis cloud packages.
