I wonder if there are ways to trick ourselves into basically, a, being ok with building these consistent habits of eating. Ye, i mean, what you're talking about, at least from my perspective and the research that i do, that's sort of what we're trying to figure out. So things such as a changing the color or changing the shape, that will that that people will feel like th that's variety,. Or how it's how it looks like, that it's arranged.
