"I've often felt if I'm on a diet that might look very unmoderated to to someone else I feel there's a bit of a judgment to it like am I doing something wrong should I be eating a broader range of foods and thinking of it instead as a as an individually chosen balance," she says. "It's so nice to finally just be liberated and to let go of those chains of what I should be eating or shouldn't be eating." She adds: "We're being led by our own choices and by what's working for us".
