Hyper Mobility and Injuries
There is a correlation in our database between the hyper mobility and injuries. We're looking at ACL injuries, we're looking at season ending, sometimes career ending injuries. The more research you do, you realize there is no correlation. You could be tight and jumpcrazy high, you could be loose and jump crazy high. There's no effect. I've never heard somebody who's like, really well versed on both sides of the argument still stick with that. But yeah, the research is very convincing that hyper mobility is very bad for injuries.
