How to Respond to Complaints From Coaches

Marvin: It took a while to get all of these things in place. But eventually we got it in place and then John has the record. If you really and truly are doing this stuff, you're going to end up better than the people you're playing against. What do you attribute that lag time to was that your system is not quite dialed in on how to teach it? Was it other things that didn't have to do with the actual play?
