The Differences Between Corporate Finance Companies and Other Brokers

I think there are some significant tailwinds here that we're excited to capture. There's a huge divergence in kind of the process and the value that is added or just attracted from these intermediaries. So on this deal, I mentioned I dealt with a corporate finance company and from the first call with the owners up and too close, which took about nine months, it was just incredibly professional and quite honestly a pleasure to deal with them.
