Omar Obeidallah: I think the hardcore passionate mentality, you know, hitting those PRs on a regular basis and knowing that basically training all in balls to the wall has resulted in this kind of progress. It is something that is hard to break to not keep doing it. He says if you can only make a certain amount of progress in a given unit of time, you need to set up a new mentality which supports that. "It doesn't mean letting go of that hardcore mentality," he adds.
