The Effects of Caffeine on Performance
Two to three milligrams per kilogram body mat of caffeine is the perfect amount in a lab to get the effects that we're looking for. But what we've got to remember is that all that research was done in a calm, controlled laboratory setting. So I do sometimes wonder about the translational ability of some sport of nutrition research and how adamant we get with it.
