The same amount of alcohol is going to have a much, much smaller effect on your recovery score than if you're going to bed drunk. And so that's why it's really important the like, you know, if you'reGoing to drink, making sure that you do stop early enough that you have water untill you're giving your body some of the resources that it needs to recover from the alcohol and get good quality sleep.
