What Are Your Thoughts on Sleep Supplements?

You should have your last meal at least two or three hours before bed. If you eat something else, it should be low in sugar and high in protein that will prevent your blood glucose from spiking. Not everyone needs sleep supplements, but I do think athletes and people who have highly physically active jobs need maybe a sleep supplement like magnesium.
