What Patients Really Need Is Honesty, Not Non-Apologies
A, in terms of what patients need, they need honesty. They need a genuine apology, not a non apology. And it makes it much more difficult for clinitions, am, if they ceive that that's how people are going to be thinking of them. A, is really fascinating to me that even when e patience are coming to terms with something having not gone the plan, they have an uncanny to clock something that does not ring true.
