Do You Have a Dong Week?

Do you have any kind of down weeks, dealer weeks, or do you work on the consiera schedile? So, but it is what you call a dong week, of course. Just shorter sessions, not too long, maybe one complete rest day in general. And if i have young athletes who are doing like consistent, 23 to 24 hours, then a dongs week might be 16 to 80, 18 hours. Sometimes with young atlets, it's steel morelikea to one ratio. But often with atleat a lit atlet, more like a tree one, a like ta type of coordination of the down week.
