Handstands have different functions depending on sort of where you want to do them. Some myths out there are related to it not being efficient in a way that it makes the handstand easier. You having unstructured workouts sometimes and just playing is what allows you to have fun and be consistent. For someone else, if they prefer structure, dotting their eyes, crossing their T's, then they might not be as inclined to be doing this play style.
