For me personally, it's anywhere between 18 and 20 hours to hit the large intestine and start producing butyrate. Every time I eat fiber, I will get that appetite-suppressing effect for like the rest of the morning or whatever. Even with people, you know, on noon that are trying to get that sort of fiber ozenthic effect, that will take a few weeks to really become like an established thing. So what do you think about, what are some of your favorite probiotics like we talked about, sea butyricum?
