You Know, It's Abuse, You Know?

We don't offer like a easy checklas where you can let check off three boxes and be like, it's abuse. We're providing these things because we want to for actual tools to help people respond in appropriate ways to things that are happening. In neither of those cases are we saying that you're bad and you deserve to have your life to be destroyed. Those are behaviors that actively hurt other people, and they're not good, and we should find ways tonot for sure. And the reason that we list out these specific behaviors is because it's like someone saying, ok, i was abused. Like specifically, what? What is meant by that? Ra, and i think that
