The double catabell front squad really is an interesting exercise because it really does demand so much what i call aniconda strength. I have a little programme called the armor, armor building complex. It's two cleans, one press, three front squats, a hirups of hirups with the double catabel front squat can be illuminating. But again, these are always tough questions, cause you're kind of pushing me into either or kind of thing. And that real hard to do a vaguely in this kind of setting.
