What Does Blind Tasting Mean to You?
Jim Boo is the wine director for a restaurant group called Hog Salt based out of Illinois. He just opened up his third restaurant in New York and they are presently in the process of opening a spot in Paris, France. So we're going to approach this a little bit differently in that he's going to know what it is. But again, because the point is not to get it right or wrong, we're just going to hear his approach.
