How I Trained for the World Tour in 2019
I haven't necessarily been following a strict training plan per se, but I have coached other athletes and kind of help people with training plans. The sports physiology side of bike racing has always been something that's fascinated me. It seems like more and more World Tour teams are increasing just the overall volume in which athletes are riding. When I first went to the World Tour, it seemed like a 20 to 23 hour week was a pretty big week; you see a lot of riders now, 28, 30, 35 hour weeks.
