The Positives and Negatives of Endurance Training for Women
Women tend to be more geared towards the endurance spectrum. Endurance training isn't great for muscle growth as far as I know So why is that seen as a as a positive in terms of muscular potential? Women probably need a higher training volume to reach the same level of muscle growth because if they're both using say 80% of their One rep max then Women will be doing more reps. But that's the thing you're not having or I'm not having women do Train with pink dumbbells and hop around on the treadmill. You are still looking at heavy weights You're just doing more volume with those heavy weights.
