Then as part of that exercise, we also then do outreach to the business unit. We have a really good relationship with around 75 of the top investors and introstructural sophemore. They understand what our financial perometer are for deals,. like what we're looking for in an acquisition and what just doesn't make sense for us in an acquisition.
