I think the bigger partners tend to, if you want to actually serve their members or patients, let's see that you've done it already. I also find that personally, organizations that have started focused on a non-senior population are better served by spending some time and effort to build some senior specific nuance before coming to at least our primary care group as a part of the enterprise.
