Meal prep is really, I think he does meal prep every Sunday. To kind of negotiate with yourself on some level towards later in the week when you really want to go get five guys. When you have some food that you've already prepped, it's a message to your future self. It's going to be tempted to go out and drink beer any pizza. Yeah. This is an easy formula, easy five step way to get your total caloric needs and break it down by ratio. And then actually doing it is the hard part.
